The app wont let me log in and keeps telling ive put weong password in , which i know i havent . Says i cant change password. Is telling me to wipe all data from my phone . Has the android app been hacked maybe ?!
Cant log in can log into web site but not app
Constant IT error messages.
Saving a tidy amount each month and the wellbeing, counselling and GP support is great!
Waste of time
Worked fine for a few weeks now all it says when trying to open app that there is an error. Rubbish.
Every time I try to log in I get "an unexpected error has occurred". Seems a waste of time.
App won't open! It's just "loading" but not actually doing anything
So quick and easy to use. Very efficient and even got the wife on it too.
